Ayone held DBA etf for a number of years?

I am curious to know the impact of tax on this etf as well as how the fact it holds futures effects the value as the underlying products will be impacted by rollover during contango/backwardation.

has anyone held it long enough to comment from experience? I like it as a general hedge against inflation but concerned regards the above.
