Democrats Hear Conflicting Messages From Voters on $3.5 Trillion Plan

Abigail Spanberger was peppered with questions about how to lower the cost of prescription drugs and support caregivers, two important planks of the $3.5 trillion spending package Democrats on Capitol Hill are currently crafting.
