Helium One Global (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF), a leading helium explorer in Tanzania, has announced the appointment of Nishant Dighe as a non-Executive Director. This decision is pending the completion of due diligence as required by AIM Rules. Dighe, who brings a robust 30-year background in the industry, has previously held prominent positions at ExxonMobil, Panoro Energy, and RAK Gas.

The company marked a significant milestone in its Rukwa Project with the successful Itumbula West-1 discovery in Q3 2024, achieving a helium flow rate of 5.5%. Additionally, Helium One secured a 480km² mining license in March 2025, bolstering its strategic position in the region.

In the United States, Helium One holds a 50% working interest in the Galactica-Pegasus helium development project located in Colorado. The completion of a six-well development drilling campaign in the first half of 2025 demonstrated promising results, with helium concentrations reaching up to 3.3%. This lays the groundwork for initial production to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The strategic enhancements in both Tanzania and Colorado underpin Helium One’s growing influence in the global helium market, aligning with its mission to address the supply constraints in the industry.
