Western Alliance Bank (WAL) has announced the appointment of Charles Jones as the new senior director of its Multifamily Housing Finance division. Based in Los Angeles, Jones will spearhead the development of sector-specific financing solutions for multifamily developers, including workforce housing projects nationwide.

Jones arrives at Western Alliance Bank with a robust background in commercial real estate finance, having previously served as managing director and vice president of originations at M&T Realty Capital Corporation. His comprehensive expertise was further honed during a nine-year tenure at Fannie Mae Multifamily, where he crafted tailored financing strategies for major multifamily real estate operators.

In his new role, Jones will leverage his vast experience in mortgage banking, construction lending, equity capital raises, and real estate development to serve Western Alliance Bank’s diverse client base.
